Because this hotel is part of an international chain, the level of service, value for money, and hospitality is well managed. It is standard at most Novotels around the world that the rooms are clean, and the staff are efficient. Most customers have found this to be true, with great comments about the comfortable beds, helpful staff, and high quality amenities.
The location is a bit out of the way from the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, but getting around the city is still easy. The nearest MTR station is Jordon, from there transport to other areas of Hong Kong is easy. The Novotel is reachable by bus from the airport, but an airport shuttle service makes things simpler.The guest rooms at the Novotel in Kowloon are clean, spacious and very comfortable. All rooms also come with a selection of amenities, such as satellite TV, safety deposit box and a minibar.
Adults travelling with young children, will be pleased that cots can be provided by staff and set up in your room. For business travelers and other wishing to connect to the internet, there is Wi-Fi in the public areas, and in-room broadband available. More active guests can use the leisure facilities, such as the gym, fitness room, and massage service.There is some interesting history and trivia behind this four-star hotel, it used to be called The Majestic Hotel. The Majestic, after some controversial incidents involving the notorious Triads, underwent a refurbishment, re-branding and upgrade and became the Novotel Nathan Road.
Overall, this is a great value-for-money comfortable four star hotel, the location isn’t near so Victoria Harbour, but all the sights and entertainment are easily reachable, and the helpful staff will assist you with sightseeing tips.
